Exercising in deep water gives you a highly efficient aqua-aerobic workout. This is because the majority of your body is submerged -- when more of you has to move through water, more resistance is encountered. You also tend to be more buoyant, which keeps you constantly fighting the urge to float. Bonus: You can stay cool in the pool while getting a high-intensity, low-impact workout.
More Details:
- All fees paid are non-refundable unless the activity is cancelled by the Club.
- In the event that the participant is unable to attend any classes, there will be NO proration/refund of course fees, makeup/transfer/replacement of classes. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained. Registration of activities is on a first-come-first-served basis based on payment.
- Applications must be accompanied by payment in full.
- For all outdoor classes/activities, there will be no replacement of class, no refund or proration of fees in the event of class/activity cancellation due to wet weather.
- No class on Public Holidays.
