The storyline of Mortal Kombat II revolves around the decisive 10th tournament that determines the survival of Earthrealm. The stakes are high, as the tournament's outcome will determine whether Earth can survive or be conquered by Shao Kahn. The film will also introduce new characters and continue to explore the intricate relationships between the champions and their adversaries.
