Just like a bonfire depends on fuel, air, and spark, our bodies depend on three essential pillars to stay healthy: nutrition, movement, and mindset. When even one of these components is neglected, our inner “flame”, our health, vitality, and longevity, begins to burn out.

The Bonfire Health Series is a chiropractor-led webinar program designed to equip individuals with simple, sciencebacked, and sustainable habits that strengthen these three pillars. Each session focuses on one foundational element, helping participants understand how small daily choices can either ignite or extinguish their long-term health.
