The Bonfire Health Series is a chiropractor-led webinar program designed to equip individuals with simple, sciencebacked, and sustainable habits that strengthen these three pillars. Each session focuses on one foundational element, helping participants understand how small daily choices can either ignite or extinguish their long-term health.

Participants will learn how everyday foods can either trigger inflammation — accelerating pain, fatigue, and disease — or reduce it, promoting healing and resilience. We will break down the science of antiinflammatory nutrition, gut health, and metabolic balance in simple terms. Attendees will walk away with practival strategies for choosing foods that nourish the body, support spinal and joint health, and build a foundation for long-term vitality.
