Yoga poses for balance include different variations on lunges like the low lunge and the high lunge. Chair pose - which invovles pretending to sit on an invisible chair - may also improve balance.

Please take note of the following to prepare well for the class:

1) It is recommended that participant access the online class on Zoom using their PC/Laptop for the best practice experience. (mobile phone and tablet is not recommended).

2) Please log in to Zoom 15 minutes before the class via the link in the confirmation email. Please ensure your Zoom username is the same as the registered name for attendance taking purpose.
