The Public Service Sports and Family Day (PSSFD) is open to all civil servants and officers serving in Statutory Boards, Restructured Hospitals and Government-Aided Schools, Civil Service Club members and employees of registered former Statutory Boards.
Public Service Officers and Civil Service Club members may register their family members to take part in designated activities at the event.
Participation is free.
The rules and regulations for specific activities apply.
“Participants” refer to staff of government agencies and registered former Statutory Boards who have registered through their respective sports liaison Officers, to take part in the Public Service Dragon Boat Race, Explorer Challenge, Tchoukball, Pickleball, Kin-Ball Challenge, and CSC Cycle.
"Staff” refer to public officers who did not sign up for any of the activities mentioned above, through their respective sports liaison officers.
CSC members refer to valid members of the Civil Service Club.
"Family Members" refer to their spouse, children, parents and siblings.
Participants can register their Family Members online to take part in the Healthy Lifestyle Walk, Sports try-out and Carnival activities. Those who are not bringing any Family Members, need not register again.
Staff can register themselves and their Family Members online to take part in the Healthy Lifestyle Walk, Sports try-out and Carnival activities.
CSC members who are not public service officers can email events@csc.sg to register themselves and their family members to take part in the Healthy Lifestyle Walk, Sports try-out and Carnival activities.
Only registered Participants, Staff, Civil Service Club members and their family members shall be issued with the free PSSFD tickets.
Each Public Officer / Civil Service Club member will be entitled a maximum of 4 tickets (including the officer’s ticket).
Registration will be considered accepted if they sign-up using their work email.
Sports Liaison Officers (SLOs)/Coordinators shall be responsible for collection of the PSSFD tickets from CSC prior to the event and distribute them to their Participants, Staff Supporters and Family Members.
The SLOs/Coordinators shall be responsible for writing the names and contact no. of Participants/Staff and Family Members on the PSSFD tickets.
Each participant or supporter shall be issued with only one PSSFD tickets regardless of the number of events participating in. Any unused tickets must be returned to the CSC.
Participants must bring the PSSFD tickets on day of event and exchange the detachable coupons for fun packs, freebies and to take part in carnival activities such as games booths.
No replacement PSSFD tickets will be issued on day of event.
Redemption of fun pack shall start after the Healthy Lifestyle Walk, at about 9.30am.
Participants can exchange the Fun Pack Coupon (attached to the PSSFD tickets) for a fun pack at the Fun Pack Collection Counter.
Each participant is allowed to collect only one fun pack at the Fun Pack Booth.
Registered Participants, Staff and Family Members shall qualify for the Lucky Draw.
The Lucky Draw Box shall be open for Participants, Staff Supporters and Family Members to deposit their Lucky Draw coupons at about 11.30am or at time to be advised.
Participants must retain the PSSFD tickets counterfoil.
The top prize is a 2 Nights Cruise (Sun) onboard Genting Dream: 1 x Balcony Stateroom for 4 persons worth $3,627 (T & C apply).
The 4th to 50th prizes will be drawn before the Prize-Giving Ceremony. The winning ticket numbers will be displayed on two display boards. Winners must produce their PSSFD tickets counterfoil in order to collect their prize from the Lucky Draw Counter. All prizes must be collected by 1.30pm on the day of the Carnival otherwise they will be forfeited..
The 1st to 3rd prizes will be drawn during the Prize-Giving Ceremony. Prize winners are required to claim their prize personally and to produce their Identity card and PSSFD tickets counterfoil for verification. If the prize is not claimed when the ticket winning number is called, it will be re-draw and given to the next name drawn.
All participants consent to their personal data being collected and processed for purposes of administration and communication in a particular event. Participants also agree to receive postings on other events organised by the Civil Service Club.
All participating agencies and teams must comply with prevailing COVID-19 Safe Management Measures issued by Ministry of Health and Sport Singapore.
Participants are advised to exercise social responsibility. They must not show up at the event if feeling unwell or exhibit any symptoms of Covid-19 infections.
Participants take part in the activities at the PSSFD at their own risk. Those with medical conditions are strongly advised to consult their doctors before taking part.
The Civil Service Club reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change the venue, date and/or time of the event at its discretion due to unforeseen circumstances.
The Civil Service Club, the Organising Committee, appointed contractors, sponsors, appointed officials and staff shall not be responsible for any mishap, injury or loss of life that may be suffered by participants and/or supporters before, during or after the event.
The Civil Service Club, the Organising Committee, appointed contractors, sponsors, appointed officials and staff shall not be responsible for any loss of personal belongings before, during or after the event.
