In this live video cooking demonstration, Chef Michele will guide you through the process of creating an aromatic, spice-infused broth brimming with the rich flavours of turmeric, ginger and shallots, paired with silky bee hoon strands. By the end of the session, you’ll be whipping up your own bowl of soto and exclaiming “Enak!” (Bahasa Indonesia for “delicious”).
