When people think of adventure courses, images of towering platforms and heart-pounding heights often come to mind. But what if adventure doesn’t have to be jumping from heights to be exciting?
Enter the Low Element Adventure Facility (L.E.A.F.) at CSC @ Loyang, the latest collaboration between CSC and TOUCH Adventures, a service of TOUCH Community Services. Not only will this new facility offer meaningful challenges and exciting activities, but L.E.A.F. also offers accessible yet engaging experiences to keep everyone on their toes. The collaboration was born out of a shared commitment to create meaningful, engaging experiences that brings communities together.
Participants can try their hand at 5 different courses – Spider Web, Multi Vine, Nitro Crossing, Challenge Wall and Wild Woozy. Each one offers a unique low-element challenge that takes more than just speed and strength.

What is a low-element course?
In case you didn’t know, low-element courses are adventure-based activities set closer to the ground instead of climbing high or relying on harnesses. Participants will tackle a series of obstacles focusing on coordination, communication and problem-solving. Though closer to the ground, these activities can only be done in groups or as a team. The perfect way to eliminate the element of fear in such courses!
At a glance, the obstacles may seem simple. Once the challenge begins, teams will realise that it takes more than strength and speed to complete the obstacles. While their plans may not go as expected, teams will find themselves discussing better solutions to test out and complete within the duration they’re given. More often than not, patience and creative thinking work better than just physical ability.

Anyone can participate!
Designed for participants aged 6 to 50, L.E.A.F. is intentionally designed to welcome participants of all abilities and fitness levels.
For children and youths, L.E.A.F. aims to build self-confidence, trust and social skills amongst each other. As for the older participants, corporate teams can use L.E.A.F. as a refreshing alternative to traditional team-building activities, offering hands-on experiences to encourage collaboration and leadership in a unique setting.
Though L.E.A.F. is best to complete altogether, the activities can be adapted based on group dynamics and comfort levels to ensure everyone feels supported throughout the session. Don’t worry about safety – though L.E.A.F. isn’t too high off the ground, all challenges are facilitated by trained instructors from TOUCH Adventures.

A fresh way to connect with nature
Set within the grounds of CSC @ Loyang, L.E.A.F. is the latest addition to the range of activities available to everyone. L.E.A.F. is an ideal option for school programmes, interest groups, team-building sessions, and even big family outings, suitable for those that want something active yet approachable.
With L.E.A.F., participants can engage fully – moving, thinking, communicating ideas and celebrating their small wins together. After completing all obstacles, groups will definitely leave energised and more connected than before.

Ready to give it a go?
Whether you’re planning for an energetic outing for kids or a team-bonding session for a department, L.E.A.F. at CSC offers an experience that is enjoyable and impactful. Going beyond icebreakers and boring presentations, L.E.A.F is guaranteed to be the next hotspot for team cohesion activities. Sometimes, the biggest growth happens when you slow down and work together to overcome obstacles.
