CSC ZUMBA FITNESS BY PINKY  (ONLINE-ZOOM) 

We are pleased to invite staff from your agency to participate in the CSC Zumba Fitness  (Online – Zoom) which will be held on Friday, 18 October 2024 from 7.30pm to 8.30pm. The event is open only to CSC members and Public Service Officers free-of-charge.

Zumba Fitness is perfect for everybody! A fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves and incorporate interval training to help improve cardiovascular fitness. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

Sports Liaison Officers can register their participant(s) online at http://www.csc.sg/stargames/. Online registration will be closed on Tuesday, 15 October 2024. The Zoom link to stream the workout and instructions will be disseminated via email to successful applicants after the closing date.

Registrants must be medically fit to take part in the workout. If unsure, they are to seek medical advice from their doctors. Participants take part in the workout at their own risk. The Civil Service Club and the instructors are not responsible for any injuries or medical complications suffered by participants taking part in the workout.
