CSC  YOGA FLEX (ONLINE-ZOOM) 

We are pleased to invite staff from your agency to participate in the CSC Yoga Flex  (Online – Zoom) which will be held on Friday, 5 July 2024 from 7.30pm to 8.30pm. The event is open only to CSC members and Public Service Officers free-of-charge.

Yoga Flex workout encompass total body stretching, strengthening yoga postures, balance and mobility training, combine with mental relaxation techniques. Alice, as instructor with Amore Fitness Singapore. is a highly motivated instructor who focuses on helping others to achieve their fitness goals.

Sports Liaison Officers can register their participant(s) online at http://www.csc.sg/stargames/. Online registration will be closed on Tuesday, 2 July 2024. The Zoom link to stream the workout and instructions will be disseminated via email to successful applicants after the closing date.

Registrants must be medically fit to take part in the workout. If unsure, they are to seek medical advice from their doctors. Participants take part in the workout at their own risk. The Civil Service Club and the instructors are not responsible for any injuries or medical complications suffered by participants taking part in the workout.
