During this one-hour session, you'll concoct a scent using pure botanical oils that uplift, soothe and invigorate. Embrace the ebb and flow of the waves and take your outdoor adventures to new heights with Stand-up Paddling. Under the watchful eye of an experienced coach, you’ll learn the art of paddling — while balancing on a board. The class requires at least six participants to start, so gather your squad and get ready for some waterborne action.
