With Lunar New Year just around the corner, January is set to be an exciting time of reunions and get-togethers, delicious treats and traditional feasts. There’s also not one but two shop-till-you-drop events to look forward to: the CSC Lunar New Year Bazaar 2025 and the 1D Lunar New Year Shopping Tour in JB.
If all the indulgences are getting to your waistline — or if you just want to commit to better health in 2025 — be sure to check out the fitness-focused activities this month, like Kickboxing @ Treasury. Let the celebrations begin, the calories burn and the good vibes roll!

Ready to step up your fitness game? The CSC Healthy Lifestyle Virtual Walk challenge makes it easy to stay active. No need to face scorching sunshine or pouring rain, or squeeze hours from your packed schedule — just track your steps online, anytime, anywhere.

The goal: Walk a total of 7km between Saturday, 11 January, to Sunday, 19 January. Don’t forget to submit your walk data by Monday, 20 January. Want to heighten the stakes? Rope in your colleagues and turn it into a team showdown! See if everyone can hit the recommended health target of 150 to 300 minutes of moderate aerobic activity per week.
