It was a celebration to remember for the over 1,000 attendees who experienced what CSC @ Tessensohn has to offer.
CSC members were treated to a fun-filled afternoon at the second edition of CSC Members' Day, held on 6 October 2024 at CSC @ Tessensohn. For many, it was a day of discoveries. Members visiting the centrally located clubhouse for the first time, along with new members eager to learn about the perks of CSC membership, were impressed by the wide range of activities and facilities. Regular visitors, meanwhile, found another reason to bond with their families through the clubhouse’s diverse offerings.
Sand art colouring was one of the many fun activities that children could take part in.
One of the biggest draws of CSC Members’ Day was the various family-friendly activities. As adults took part in workshops or browsed the bazaar, the young ones were kept entertained with plenty of fun, such as bouncing around the inflatable playground, creating sand art and playing arcade games. Everyone could also enjoy a complimentary buffet lunch and try out popular amenities like the rock-climbing gym, swimming pool, cooking school, bowling alley, and fitness studios.

Something for every member
Mr Abdul Razzaq Bin Ismail and his family cheered on his eight-year-old daughter, as she tried her hand at mini golf at the Multi-Purpose Hall. The public service officer who has been a CSC member for the past three years, frequently visits CSC @ Bukit Batok near where he lives for the pool and BBQ pits, as well as organises staycations at CSC @ Changi chalets. His wife particular enjoys the CSC member-exclusive merchant promotions.
Mr Abdul Razzaq Bin Ismail loves spending quality time with his family at CSC, making the most of the clubhouse's facilities.
“My children have so much fun at CSC; it’s a great way to keep them occupied on weekends and holidays,” shared Mr Ismail. “CSC is doing a great job with the facilities and member benefits!”
Mr Stephen Lin was thrilled to let his four-year-old daughter try rock climbing at Ground Up Rock Climbing Gym.
Similarly, despite being a CSC member for just two months, Mr Stephen Lin has already made CSC @ Tessensohn a regular family hangout, enjoying both the pool and the bowling alley. We live nearby, and it’s convenient for us to come here and spend time as a family,” he said. Mr Lin and his four-year-old daughter were waiting eagerly for her turn at the kid’s climbing session at Ground Up Rock Climbing Gym, while his wife took part in a cooking workshop hosted by Chef Lisa. He also accompanied his daughter to the craft booths and arcade games.
Chef Lisa conducted a Gourmet Treats Demo workshop, delighting cooking enthusiasts with her culinary expertise.
First-time visitors thrilled by the experience
Ms Leong Wai Fung, a new CSC member who signed up during Public Service Sports & Family Day 2024, visited CSC@ Tessensohn for the first time on this special occasion. Spotted enjoying herself at the Planet Bowl, the clubhouse’s 20-lane bowling alley, the public service officer was thrilled to finally explore all the amenities the clubhouse has to offer.
“I’m excited to start using the swimming pool to keep fit and stay healthy, and I’m really looking forward to joining the cooking classes too. I might even make some new friends here,” she said enthusiastically. Ms Leong is also thinking about organising team-bonding sessions for her colleagues at the bowling alley. “It’s a great spot for some fun outside of work!”

CSC @ Tessensohn’s family-friendly atmosphere was a big hit, with many members bringing their loved ones along to enjoy the event. Mr Gajendra Hari Prakash T., a new CSC member, attended with his two daughters, all eager to find out what the clubhouse has in store. “My wife attends yoga classes here, and that’s how we found out about the pool and other facilities. We signed up for the membership because it felt worth it,” he shared. "Today’s the first time we’ve fully experienced the clubhouse as members."

Ms Lim Hong Ting, a CSC member for two years, also came with her family, including her four-year-old son, sister and brother-in-law. A regular at CSC @ Tessensohn, she praised the clubhouse for its convenient location and laid-back atmosphere. “It’s never too crowded here, and the facilities are fantastic. Plus, it’s just a few MRT stops away from our home in Punggol, so we come often,” she said.
For Ms Lim, the CSC membership has helped strengthen her family’s bond. “It’s given me a place to bring my son for a swim, get him outdoors and spend time together as a family. I also love being able to bring my extended family to the CSC chalets.”
