The renewed reciprocal arrangement between Civil Service Club and HomeTeamNS takes effect on 1 September 2026.

Eligible CSC members, excluding Social Members, can register for a HomeTeamNS Affiliate Membership to enjoy free swimming pool access and CSC Affiliate rates for gyms, indoor playgrounds, adventure facilities, event spaces, villas and more.

Register before visiting or booking
Complete a one-time registration so HomeTeamNS can verify your CSC membership and apply the correct access privileges and rates.

Register for a HomeTeamNS Affiliate Membership

Select “Civil Service Club Member” and complete the online registration.

3. Access your digital membership card

Use the in-app QR code for membership verification and free swimming pool entry.

4. Select the Affiliate rate when booking

Use the HomeTeamNS app or facility booking portal and present your digital membership card when requested.

Carpark Rates

CSC Affiliate members will follow the prevailing HomeTeamNS members rate at HomeTeamNS Khatib, Bedok Reservoir and Bukit Batok.
All rates are inclusive of GST and all motor vehicles enjoy a 15-min grace period.

CSC Affiliate members can login to the HomeTeamNS app to register their IU number to enjoy discounted rates. This validation will take approximately 24 hours to be reflected in the system.

• A valid CSC membership and successfully registered HomeTeamNS Affiliate Membership are required.
• Peak and off-peak periods vary by facility.
• Booking windows, age or height requirements, safety conditions, capacity limits and additional charges may apply.
