Membership Term and Conditions

• NCSS Membership is only applicable to full-time staff of any Social Service Organisation under NCSS.
• This promotion is applicable for new and renewal of membership from 1 January 2026 to 30 June 2026.
• Applicants will need to provide their staff pass for verification.
• Membership is strictly non-refundable. No cancellation/refund of membership fee once application is processed except at the discretion of the Club and for which an administration fee is applicable.
• Not valid in conjunction with other membership promotions and discounts.
• Civil Service Club reserves the right to change or amend the terms & conditions of the promotion at any time without prior notice.
