Join our CSC Photo & Video Contest this July!

Post your best moments on Instagram or TikTok and stand a chance to win Public Service mascot plushies and 4 Shaw Movie vouchers!

Participate in 3 simple steps.

1. Take a photo / video of yourself, your family, or colleagues at the Public Service Sports and Family Day 2024 on 27th July 2024 or at any of CSC's chalets and clubhouses from 1st July to 31st July 2024.

2. Share your photo / video on Instagram or TikTok (remember to set your profile public!) with hashtag #PSWCSC2024. Follow us on Instagram or TikTok (@civilserviceclub).

3. Caption your photo and tell us what you enjoyed the most during the event or time in our chalet / clubhouse!

Contest is open to all. Multiple entries allowed.

Terms & conditions:

1. Contest period: 1 - 31 July 2024. Any submissions after 31 July will not be considered.
2. Share your photo / video on Instagram or TikTok (remember to set your profile public!) & hashtag #PSWCSC2024.
3. Photo / video must be taken in CSC premises or during PSSFD event.
4. Follow us on Instagram or TikTok (@civilserviceclub)
5. Contest prize: 10 sets of 4 Shaw Movie vouchers, and mascot plushies / merchandise from various public service agencies.
6. Winners will be contacted by 31 Aug 2024
7. Participant must be the owner of the photo's copyrights. CSC reserves the rights to disqualify any photo that infringes copyrights.
8. CSC will, in its sole discretion, pick 10 winners (multiple entries allowed).
9. The winners are to follow the instructions communicated by CSC to redeem the prize.
10. Verification of the winners' registration and full name would be required.
11. The prize won must be accepted as it is. It is not transferable, exchangeable for cash or kind or extendable in redemption validity.
12. CSC reserves the right to substitute the prizes with others of equivalent value without prior notice.
13. CSC’s decision on all matters relating to or in connection with the contest including the awarding of the prize, disqualification of any participant and/or in every situation, shall be final and binding for all participants of the contest. No queries, correspondence, claims, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained with regards to CSC’s decision.
14. CSC may vary the Terms & Conditions or suspend or terminate the contest without any prior notice or liability (written or verbal) to any participant or party.
15. By participating in the contest, participants hereby agree to all the terms and conditions of participation in the contest as set out herein, including all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications hereto as may from time to time be made by CSC.
16. CSC employees are not eligible to take part in the contest.
17. The contest is not endorsed, sponsored or administrated by Meta and TikTok, nor is Meta and TikTok associated with the contest.

By participating in the contest, the participants understand and agree that:

a. Their personal data including name, email and contact number, may be collected, used, disclosed and/or transferred by or between CSC or its related or partners for the purposes of administrating the contest.

b. All photo and video submissions may be utilized by CSC.
