• Customer will be required to sign on Gain City’s Digital Delivery Order upon receipt of goods. No physical copy of invoice or DO will be provided. Invoice will be emailed to the customer based on the designated email address provided.
• Delivery to restricted areas with security clearance will warrant an additional $80 delivery charge.
• Gain City uses 3rd party delivery services for smaller items that require no installation.
• No delivery will be made to any address outside Singapore.
• Delivery to the first level is free of charge (e.g. delivery to the ground floor is free) + $30 to each subsequent non-lift accessible level (i.e. staircase delivery of an appliance to a non-lift accessible 3rd level, such as level 3 of a semi-detached house will cost $60).
• A separate delivery charge of $30 will be imposed if the cancellation is made after our delivery team has already been activated to make the delivery.
• In the event of failed delivery, Gain City will charge accordingly for every delivery made.
