Eligibility
Ordinary Membership is available to all civil servants and public officers serving in Ministries, Statutory Boards, Institutions of Higher Learning, Government-Aided Schools and other government agencies. If you are not a public officer, check-out our Associate Membership.
Mode of Payment
- Term payment - from $72 per year to $360 per 5 years.

Photograph
It is mandatory to provide your photograph to process the membership application. All membership card must be printed with photo. You can submit the photograph in jpeg format and email to
membership@csc.sg. Please name the photograph under your name.
